Pikolinos? They're kinda pricey but my friend at swim has a pair and they are exquisite. Since my monthly income has increased from $0 to nearly $100 due to many birthday gifts I might just splurge unless there's a better pair of size 13 driving shoes for less. Any ideas?

those look great. I used to really like Born or Cole-Haan for shoes to drive in, but I have had a set of Mephistos for 8 years that can stomp the loud pedal just fine. They might be the most comfortable, broken in and rugged shoes I have ever put on

i have a pair of the goodyear adidas. feel great while driving, in a bag anytime else. feels like a waste of $100 if i drive in socks.

I have been wearing Vivobarefoots for a few years now, and they have a awesome slipper-esque feel to them. Not to mention really thin soles for great feel of what's under your feet. Good news is that they also run Kevlar through the sole to help nails and other pesky pointy stuff from wrecking your day.

Uhhhh, those are fugly.

I've had several pairs of driving loafers with soles like those (I wore them when I had a business casual job), a pair of Puma Drift Cats, and tons of various non-driving related shoes and sneakers.

My favorite driving shoes in no particular order:

Sperry Top-Sider boat shoes
Nike Free Run 2
Nike Hyperdunk 2011 low

So if you want something leather and preppy looking, get some Top-Siders. Otherwise get some Nike Frees, or if you want a bit more support then low top Zoom Air basketball shoes (I don't particularly like the 2013 Hyperdunks but the Kobe 8s are awesome and will be going on sale now that the Kobe 9s are coming out).

Trust me, you'll be happy with any of these options.

Do you plan on also draping your sweater over your shoulders ? If so the. Those are the right shoes.
